IAFT offers financial aid packages in the form of Work-Study Plans to local students who meet the school's academic criteria but cannot afford its full program costs.
| Provisions |

The student must enroll and attend all classes and maintain a passing average for the entire academic year. |
| • |
The student must provide at least 20 hours a week of service for the full period of enrollment as part of the work-study program |
| • |
The student must be a citizen of the Philippines |
| Application Requirements |

| 1. Accomplished application form |
| 2. Latest income tax return validated by the BIR and certificate of employment indicating the monthly income |
| |
| a. For high school graduates and college students — basis will be the combined income of parents |
| b. For working professionals or applicants' who are currently employed financial need is based on the applicant's annual gross income. |

| 3. Samples of the applicant's work (music videos, creative write ups, short films, documentaries). The samples need to be submitted in DVD format and should bear the applicant's name, title of their work and contact information. If they are done in another language, English subtitles should be provided. |
| 4. Transcript of records and good moral character (if any) from the institution of the applicant's highest educational attainment |
| 5. An original 500 to 1,000-word essay addressing the following topics: |

| a. How an IAFT scholarship would assist in reaching personal and professional objectives |
| b. Personal characteristics distinguishing the applicant for being worthy of any scholarship |
| c. Pre-existing financial conditions making the scholarship vital to the applicant's academic goals |

| 6. Curriculum Vitae |
| 7. Recommendation letter from a school official or work supervisor describing the applicant's growth and maturity |
| 8. Character references |

| * The applicant must also go through an EQ test, which will be conducted by the Student Affairs Office. |
