| JOB PURPOSE |
| The Business Affairs Director is responsible for the financial and business affairs of IAFT. The director will oversee and will be responsible for the business office and facilities of the school. |
| DUTIES & RESPOSIBLITIES |
| • |
Development of strategic financial plan for IAFT. |
| • |
Manage IAFT's operating and capital budget. |
| • |
Prepares financial reports. |
| • |
Provides assistance with customer communications, education, and scholarship plans; customer satisfaction and awareness surveys and market research. |

Development of marketing plans and materials. |

| JOB REQUIREMENTS |
| Work Experience |
| • |
Must have at least 5 years experience as Business Affairs Director and related field. |
| • |
Background in the business affairs of a school is required. |
| |
|
| Skills / Knowledge |
| • |
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. |
| • |
Must have good interpersonal skills. |
| • |
Knowledge in Accounting is required. |

| Education |

Must have a Masters and/or Bachelors degree from a reputable University. |

| IAFT seeks production professionals who can teach classes and workshops in any of the following: |
• Screenwriting
• Directing
• Producing
• Cinematography (Digital and Film)
• Film Theory, History, Criticism, and Aesthetics
• Photography
• Media Law
• Animation (2D and 3D)
• Flash Website Design with Streaming Video
• Editing (FCP)
• Production Design
• Sound Recording and Design
• Art Direction
• Documentary Film Production
• Underwater Videography
Mentors must be willing to come to Cebu, Philippines for at least 2 Terms (1 Term = 9 weeks). |

Structure and continuity of the course in relation to the curriculum,
Updating the syllabus per the approved template,
Submitting syllabus and lesson plans to dean and program director by the start of the term,
Distributing updated syllabus to students at inception of class,
Ensuring delivery of subject content to classes,
Participation in subject evaluation (as required),
Arrangement of student consultation,
Maintenance of quality/standards,
Data entry of assessment and final grades.
Involvement in filmmaking workshops as deemed necessary by IAFT
Involvement in mentor's projects as required by IAFT
Attendance at semi-monthly mentor's meetings |
